The Service

WhatTheFAQ (“whatthefaq.ai”) provides AI-powered FAQ analysis for websites. We offer a free scan with a summary score and a paid full report with detailed recommendations.

Free Tier

• Limited to 3 scans per email address per 24 hours
• Provides an overall score, grade, and category breakdown
• Results are available indefinitely at your scan URL

Paid Reports

• Full reports are a one-time purchase of $49 per scan
• WhatTheFAQ is the seller. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe, never to us
• Reports include per-question audit, gap analysis, AI-written FAQ suggestions, and SEO recommendations
• Reports are available indefinitely at your report URL

Refund Policy

If you're unsatisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued through Stripe.

API Access

• API access requires an API key and is subject to usage-based billing
• API keys must not be shared or used to circumvent rate limits
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys for abuse

Acceptable Use

• You may only scan websites you own or have permission to analyze
• Do not use the service to attack, overload, or disrupt other websites
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls

Disclaimers

Analysis results are AI-generated recommendations, not guarantees. Scores are relative assessments and may vary between scans. We are not responsible for changes you make to your website based on our recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
